International Buyer Questions

Which materials can I request?

Our current catalogue focuses on the listed marble products. Additional natural-stone requirements can be reviewed against the buyer’s specification, quantity and destination.

Are website prices final export prices?

No. Website prices are indicative USD-base material ranges. Final quotations depend on the approved lot, finish, thickness, dimensions, quantity, packing, freight, Incoterm and destination.

Can I request current slab photographs and video?

Yes. Ask for current lot photographs, surface video and available inspection evidence before approving a natural-stone order.

Can I order a physical sample?

Sample availability, size, preparation time and courier cost are confirmed for the selected material and destination.

Do you support cut-to-size requirements?

Cut-to-size requirements can be reviewed from the BOQ or drawings. Feasibility, tolerance, finish and packing are confirmed before quotation.

Which Incoterms are available?

EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF can be considered according to the product, port pair and accepted commercial quotation.

What quality evidence can be requested?

Depending on the order, the buyer can request lot photographs, dimensional readings, finish review, packing evidence and container-loading records.

How do I receive a project quotation?

Send the material, finish, thickness, dimensions, quantity, destination and required timeline through the RFQ or BOQ page. The export desk will review the requirement before quoting.
